What I like about cooking Pad Thai

Despite the fact that I am probably completely incapable of fixing an authentic dish, it doesn’t matter: whatever I cook while trying to make an authentic dish comes out tasting amazing.
Oh, and for a fun side-note: If you feel like mixing things up a bit, try finding a Pad Thai recipe and cook it with mungbean noodles instead of rice noodles. The texture is very different, but we seem to enjoy it a lot at my house.
